Dear Friends, the new year is upon us – I wish you joy, peace and love for your ever-moving-deeper journey of mindfulness, creativity and self-compassion. As a new year gift, here’s a guided mindful drawing meditation I’ve recorded. You can download it FREE from Soundcloud as an MP3. This is the first exercise I teach in all my mindful drawing workshops and courses, because it combines a strongly embodied mindfulness of the body and breath, with mindful mark-making. If you want to make the meditation longer, then you can simply keep on doodling after the final bell goes. This simple practice could become your daily practice if you’re looking to bring more mindfulness and creativity into your life.
