Mindful life drawing is process-based, about loosening up and enjoying creative explorations, rather than an end result.
Starting with a short, guided mindfulness meditation, we’ll progress to mindful drawing and doodling exercises, discovering a relaxed, embodied awareness when mark making. In the final 2 hours we’ll draw from a model, using a guided mindful approach that helps us let go of self-criticism or perfectionism, moving towards a looser, more uninhibited way of drawing.
No previous mindfulness/drawing experience required. Also suitable for experienced drawers.
